My package is delayed/lost, what do I do?
Wary Solutions is not liable for lost or stolen packages. For concerns regarding delayed or lost packages, kindly reach out to USPS. Refer to our shipping policy by clicking here.
What size SAM Rig should I buy?
You can adjust where the SAM Rig sits on your body. Measure the desired location and base the measurements off of the measurements below.
Medium - three 556 cells on each cummerbund 35-39 inches
Large - four 556 cells on each cummerbund 39-43 inches
Can I run another companies placard with the SAM Rig?
In summary, no. Our placards are crafted to open, accommodating our cummerbund inside. This functionality mirrors how a placard operates on a plate carrier. However, as the SAM Rig does not utilize plates, our placard must serve as both the plate carrier (providing a rigid backing) and the placard to secure your cummerbund. Unfortunately, placards from other companies are not compatible with the SAM Rig.
When will the item I want be back in stock?
While our efforts generally ensure that products are replenished before complete depletion, those that do sell out are typically restocked within 30-90 days. If an item appears on the website but is currently unavailable for purchase, it is likely temporarily out of stock. We kindly request refraining from sending stocking inquiries via email, as lead times are subject to constant change, and the information provided today may differ tomorrow.

Do you offer a military/law enforcement/first responder discount?
While our goal is to provide fair and competitive pricing, it's important to note that, given our primary market focus on military and law enforcement, we presently do not provide any discounts.
Is Wary Solutions gear American made?
Absolutely! Every piece of Wary Solutions gear is produced in the United States and complies with Berry Amendment standards.
What is the correct way to clean my items?
Gently clean by hand using a mild detergent in cold water, then air dry.
I placed two orders. Can Wary Solutions combine them so I don't have to pay the extra shipping?
Unfortunately, we can't consolidate orders during processing due to operational constraints. Orders will be processed individually in the order received. Please ensure your cart is complete before checking out.
Can I get my items shipped to APO/FPO/DPO?
We gladly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but note the longer processing time. Plan accordingly.
Can I place an order if I don't live in the United States?
Wary Solutions does not offer international shipping due to export regulations and compliance, except for APO/FPO/DPO locations at this time.
Can I change the shipping address on orders?
It depends, if we have not processed your order yes. If your order has been processed we can not. Please try and be as thorough and accurate as possible when placing orders.
My organization is tax exempt. How do we place an order without being charged tax?
For all commercial tax exempt inquiries please email contact@warysolutions.com. If you are a government entity please contact us at govsales@warysolutions.com.
My department or unit wants to order in bulk. How do we do that?
For bulk order inquiries, reach out to us at govsales@warysolutions.com. Include the following details in your email: Shipping/Billing Address, Item Names, Colors, Sizes, and Quantities. We'll promptly provide you with a quote.
How long will it take to get my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. The chosen shipping option at checkout determines delivery speed. Please note that carriers may encounter issues beyond our control, potentially affecting delivery times.
Are items on the website that appear to be in stock actually in stock?
Yes! All items labeled "in stock" are prepared for immediate shipment, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Regrettably, we do not provide backorders at this time.
Can I cancel orders?
It depends, if we have not processed your order yes. If your order has been processed we can not.
Can I edit a current order?
Simply put, once an order is in processing, we cannot make changes. If you wish to modify your order before it ships, please email us to request a refund and place a new order on our website. If the desired product is out of stock, you'll need to wait for a restock.
